Key responsibilities:
Legal Analysis: Delving into legal intricacies, scrutinize titles, review documents, and analyze records with sharp attention to detail.
Strategic Planning: Strategize the legal course of action in each case, gather actionable intelligence, and achieve set objectives.
Drafting: Draft case summaries, arguments, plaints, pleadings, petitions, and appeals that resonate with judges and authorities.
Advocacy : Accurately comprehending facts, construct legal pleadings with relevant touchpoints and keywords, ensuring consistency, and navigating the judicial process with strategic finesse.
Curation: Proactively curate content to champion rights at the individual, community, and public interest levels, and escalate issues such as anti-corruption, money laundering, and dereliction of public work as an ardent voice of justice.
Skills and qualifications
1) Law postgraduate having a flair for writing.
2) Expertise in civil, sociology, and economic matters including property law (revenue), survey regulations, cooperative, corporate affairs (NCLT), torts, and municipal subjects.
3) Proficient in tackling fraudulence, cheating, and general criminal cases with experience in seeking restorative justice and fighting for compensatory relief. Demonstrate legal prowess from victim’s perspective.
4) Well-versed in appearing before courts, tribunals, and commission procedures.
5) Ability to accomplish strategic objectives like recovery, injunctions, and arbitration.
